How can we help?

Find answers about how Beze works for employees and employers. Can't find what you need? Get in touch and we'll help.

For employees

Beze lets you access wages you've already earned before payday. It connects to your employer's payroll system to calculate what you've earned so far in your pay cycle, and lets you access a portion of that early.
No. Beze is not a loan, not credit, and not buy-now-pay-later. You're accessing money you've already earned through your work. There's no interest, no credit check, and no debt.
You can access a portion of your earned wages for the current pay cycle. Beze automatically reserves enough for tax obligations and protects your wages.
Beze charges a small flat fee per advance, capped at a monthly maximum. There's no interest, no penalties, and no hidden charges. You'll always see the exact fee before confirming an advance.
Advances are typically processed within minutes to your bank account.
No. Beze doesn't read your transactions or spending — we use your bank account only to deposit advances. Your employer sees the per-cycle access totals payroll needs to reconcile, and nothing more.
The total of your advances for that pay cycle is deducted from your regular pay. It's a single reconciliation, no rollovers, no carry-forward, no compounding.
Your employer needs to have Beze set up first. Once they have, you can create your account, verify your identity, and start accessing earned wages.

For employers

Nothing. Beze is completely free for employers. There's no setup fee, no subscription, and no per-employee charge.
No. Beze provides the funds for employee advances. There's no impact on your cash flow, balance sheet, or working capital.
At the end of each pay cycle, Beze provides the deduction amounts for each participating employee. These are incorporated into your normal payroll run. It's a single-cycle reconciliation with no rollovers.
Beze currently integrates with iPayroll. Additional payroll integrations are in development.
Beze accesses payroll earnings data, hours worked and pay rates, and your nominated deposit account for advances. We don't read your bank transactions or spending data.
No. Beze is the service provider, not your business. You don't provide credit, hold a lending licence, or take on any financial risk. Beze operates as a registered Financial Service Provider.
